2 U.S.C. § 179v

Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Librarian for the first fiscal year beginning on or after October 11, 1996 , and each succeeding fiscal year through fiscal year 2026 such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of sections 179 l to 179w of this title, but in no fiscal year shall such sum exceed $250,000.
