36 U.S.C. § 130501

(a) Federal Charter.—

Little League Baseball, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Perpetual Existence.—

Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
